In the letter he emphsises the "very good news" that we will be delivering almost 30 new affordable homes for local people.

He goes on to say:

"I support the work of the Arundel Community Land Trust (CLT) to deliver truly affordable homes for local people. Arundel CLT is a formal body, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and delivered by volunteers who care about providing affordable homes in the local community, and with the support of Town and District councils. I am pleased to know that their future projects are for redevelopment of brownfield sites, something which has my strong support."
