Welcome to Arundel Community Land Trust 

 

Arundel CLT was formed in 2019 and arose out of the 2019 Arundel Neighbourhood Plan. We form part of a national network of community land trusts. 

 

What is a Community Land Trust?: 

 

Community Land Trusts (CLTs) are non-profit, community-led organisations dedicated to ensuring the availability of affordable homes and other community facilities - for example community gardens, civic buildings, pubs, shops, shared workspace, energy schemes and conservation landscapes.
