Dear Arundel CLT Member
Postponement of AGM and Notice of Revised Date
I am very sorry but we have to postpone our AGM due to take place this Thursday, 15 June.
This is due to an issue with the email Notices not being sent to all members.
Thank you to those of you who were planning to come on Thursday or sent your apologies and we hope you can still join us on the revised date of:
THURSDAY 27 JULY, 7PM AT ARUNDEL TOWN HALL.
Click these links for the Agenda together with Minutes of last year's AGM and the Annual Accounts which members will be asked to approve at the meeting.
If you have a members’ resolution, please ensure it is received by at least 14 days before the AGM which is Thursday 13 July.
The formal business will start at 7pm, please arrive early to have a cup of tea/coffee and meet other ACLT members. We will also have time to socialise afterwards.
As well as the formal business, this year we have a speaker, Graham Maunders from Action in rural Sussex who will speak about the 2020 Arundel Housing Needs Survey.
This will be followed by discussion 'What does this mean for future ACLT Projects?'
Director Elections
We have had three nominations for Directors to join our board of management – click here for details.
We still have at least one vacancy and, in view of the later date for the AGM, we will extend the cut-off date for Nominations to mid-day on Thursday 13 July.
If you are interested, but have not yet been in touch, please contact us urgently
Street Naming On Ford Road Development
Esquire Developments are looking at street names for the development off Ford Road.
If you have suggestion you would like them to consider, could you let me know by Sunday 18 June.
We have been asked to get back to Esquire with any suggestions and we will update you at the AGM.
