Dear CLT member

I am writing to draw your attention to two important updates to our Arundel CLT website:

Housing Needs Survey

We now have the final report from the Housing Needs Survey, you can read the highlights here, and click through to the full Survey.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this. 

Ford Road Site

If you live in Arundel, you should have received an invitation (address to ‘The Occupier’ and probably arrived on Saturday morning) from the Norfolk Estate and Savills about a Public Consultation in relation to their proposals to develop the land at Ford Road.  We will keep you up to date on the CLT website, from where you can click through to their consultation website.  

Note: The full Norfolk Estate/Savills consultation proposals will be on their consultation website from 13 August until 3 September.

It is possible to engage with the consultation virtually, but you are also being invited to pre-book a socially distanced drop-in session at the Town Hall on Wednesday 19th or Thursday 20 August.

Farmers Market

We are hoping to have a CLT stall at the Farmers’ Market next Saturday – 15 August. 

Do come along and say ‘hello’ if you are there.  Also, if you have family, friends and neighbours who would like to support the CLT by taking out membership, we will have application forms at the stall.
